Jon leads from the trenches. He connects to his team through steady communication and learning by doing.

With her background in chemistry, Jon’s wife Jaimie brings a scientific approach to how Element handles home services. She knows, for instance, that water filtration needs to address contamination from arsenic, very hard water, and disinfectant byproducts in the St. George area. Since wells may show different levels of these contaminants, each home needs a custom solution. 

The name Element comes from both of our founders. Jon’s love for skateboarding as a youngster, where balance, persistence, and precision are essential. Jaimie’s love of chemistry, where elements represent the building blocks of everything. Together, it’s the mix of grit and expertise that drives how we do business.
